Apple Crisp

A delightful way to enjoy fiber, vitamins and minerals.
  • 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup ghee (or butter), softened
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Layer apples in pan. Mix butter, flour and brown sugar until lumpy. Add oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over apples. Bake for 30 minutes.
